Hello Everyone, Just wanted to pass along an awesome place to get your work out regmine started. I used Jeff Schurman Personal Trainer in Florence Kentucky for 10 sessions and it was a great way to get started on a life that I was not used to. He really takes the time to listen and work with you one on one making you fell really comfortable. If you decide to go tell him "Wheels" sent you. The cost was $225.00 for 10 visits. He makes you do all 10 visits in 5 weeks that way they get used. Like I said he is very personable and works you out to make you feel better about yourself when you complete his training. Good Luck.. Dave
