how long do you keep it under your tongue? it seems to take forever to disolve. I was thinking about getting a B-12 shot instead, that way I know its in my system. Donna

I get mne from Wamart. It is 500 and I kep it under for about 30 seconds and then swallow with water. I hate the taste too. But only have to take them once a day. Marilyn

I take B-12 extended release. I know that is not what you are supposed to do but I cannot stand the taste of the sublingual.
