support groups and ideas

hi all i just moved into the nk area in late oct and was wondering if someone one could give me any suggestion on a close support group in erlanger , hopefully in walkin distance no car and still cant walk all that far anyways hope u all have a good new year and i have been hit by the cookie bug makin oatmeal rasin with splenda please tell me how to get the crave fix with outh the stress thanks again
