In search of a Surgeon!!

I had Dr. Shina in Louisville, he is an awesome surgeon, but he is strict and wants only the best for his patients. I have never had such a great surgeon in my life. I had my surgery on August 18th, 2005, Lap Rny....and I am down 55# thus far......and its only November 30th....I say go with Dr. Shina....I have no regrets!

I don't know know where in Kentucky you live, but you cannot find a better facility than St. Joseph's East. Their weight loss surgery program is second to none and their surgeons are exceptional. Dr. Thomas Greenlee did my surgery, but Dr. Steiner is also very skilled and poplular with his patients. Dr. Greenlee's friendly attitude and unblemished record in laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery makes him an excellent choice. The fact that he operated on several of my friends also helped me decide he was the right choice for me. And St. Joseph's Hospitals always go out of their way to make the stay comfortable for the patient and the patient's family. Good luck and God Bless. Viv
