Calling all Lap-banders with medicaid & a BMI under 40-----

I would like to communicate with someone that has medicaid and has a BMI under 40 and was approved for their surgery?! I am very eager to have this surgery but keep getting a door slammed in my face every time I get my hopes up. I am going to have my pri-physician write a letter to medicaid letting them know that i have been under his care for a monitored diet , and that it has failed. This is the largest I have ever been, so my weight has caused many other problems in my life. starting with my whole out-look of life and how I see things now. I have 2 small kids and I was very use to running around with my son when he was small and now that I have another 2 year old to go run with I have no energy, and the health problems keep me from doing alot. Please if you are out there let me know some information that can help me out. Thanks it
