Tearing Muscle Pain

Hi, My name is Joy and I am from Kentucky. I am 6 month post op. I have been having a problem with pains that are like muscles tearing. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what did you do. I seem to be at a stand still at my weigh loss. Thought maybe I might be short on vitamins or protein. Any help would be appreciated.
