Is it just me??

I'm venting here, just wondering if anyone that's a patient of Dr. Shina's has had contact with his surgical scheduler? I swear I know she's busy, I'm not the only patient and I don't expect her to be a hand holder. But goodness, if a patient calls with a question regarding what's to be scheduled (tests) and you basically get your head snapped off..I mean really, she's a tad snippy. The first time I spoke with her after approval from insurance, I was a little put off, chalked it up to busy bad day syndrome...but gosh...she's the only one that has an attitude that I've come in contact with...just wondering if I need to check self, or what...I'm an easy going, up beat kinda gal and usually snots don't bother me, but today it did...

Hopefully she is just having a bad day!! I would hate to have her job!! I would love to be the person who gets to call people and tell them their surgery is approved!!! You would always be the bearer of good news! Everyone would happy to talk to you!! Maybe that chick just needs a vacation!! Hang In there!! When is your surgery?? Blessings Tonya

If all goes well with the battery of tests she's scheduling for me...Jan 6th is the date. Yeah I'd like to be the approval lady too!! That sounds like fun! I'm praying and asking for peace of mind for us all...thanks for posting, just had to vent...sometimes we're due, ya know?
