Jennie Biggs Update

DAN PACKARD
on 6/6/07 4:40 am - KOKOMO, IN

I wanted to drop in and pass on the latest from Tom on Jennie's progress.  I am sorry for not posting more but now that I am able to get about without the stress of pain and pain medications, I am busy in my ministerial studies, visitations, prayer ministry and going thru various certification processes.  In addition to this Ann and I are in the process of forming a non-profit corporation for our Servant Ministry.   Ann and I will be visiting Jennie and Cheryl Cormany (if she is still there) tomorrow at St Vincent’s in Carmel .  If you know of anyone else who is there please send me an email at [email protected].  I will check my email before I leave in the morning. Below is the update I received today from Tom. Dan

Dear Friends and Family,

I greet you once again this beautiful spring day from my dear Jennie's hospital room. The doctor says her X-rays did not show any obstructions in her bowl. So, they are letting nature take it's course, and waiting for the bowel to open up on it's own. In the meantime, she is still having bouts of nausea and pain. She is still on IV feeding, but now they are letting her have ice chips, sugar free popsicles, and sugar free hard candy. She had the stitches removed from her belly today.

Jennie and I celebrated our second anniversary yesterday, and I thank the Lord that Jennie was awake so we could celebrate together this year. Thank you all for the many anniversary and get-well cards, and for lifting my dear Jennie up to the Throne of Grace.

Have a blessed day,

Tom
