weight ticker

Can anyone help me on how to put my weight ticker on here???I would really appreciate it,and also my pic on here............Help Me Please.........God Love ya all Pam

pam.... look farther down the board for a thread entitled "Jessyca Help" I gave instructions to Vicki how to do that earlier... as far as changing your avatar... the easiest way that I know how is to go to www.imageshack.com and upload a picture, select the avatar option for resizing the image and then select host it... on the next screen that shows up you want to copy the code that says "direct link to image" and enter that in the screen where you change your avatar in the area that says "upload from another website" (this is the same screen that you put your signature in so see previous post as above) let me know if you have any questions and I can help you further.

OK, I'm kind of computer challenged but I tried this now lets see if it worked.
