Good news about denial

Ok so I called the insurance company (once again) and finally got an answer as to why I was denied (still havent recieved the letter). They said it was because I dont have a physician history of weight loss...well I called the center and they said that it couldnt be any easier to give them something

So now we are waiting for the official letter (the customer service rep read it to me over the phone and the physician hisotry is ALL they need) I meet the requirments for everything else

So it shouldnt be to much longer before I am one of the official hoosier losers!!!!!! Thank you all for your support! Lisa
