A Beautiful Saturday!

WOW! I can't believe I'm actually the first on the baord! It really must be camoing season if I'm up and online this 'early' in the morning! The ONLY time I get to check my e-mails this time of year is now. Good morning and happy saturday to all! Happy 'Mom's day' to all noa because I may not be able to check the board tomorrow. The campground is FULL and bursting at the seams this weekend, and we're having a HUGE fundraiser for KOA Care Camps (an organization that supports oncology camps for kids with cancer). Today I get to have eggs smashed on my head for the kids! We're having live radio broadcast (WFRN 104.7 for those close enough to listen) starting a 2, and loads of activities ending with an auction tonight. ALL the $$$$$$ will go to the Care Camps. I'm hoping it will be a HUGE success! You all have a great day! Hope

Good luck with that Hope!! I hope you raise a lot of money... There is one thing i absolutely despise in this world and it's cancer. I would love to be able to eradicate it... It's good that the camp ground is full and have fun getting egged!!! LOL Today is the last roller derby bout of the year... I'm going with a friend hopefully I'll be able to start skating again soon... I need to get my skates back out and tighten them up they're having try outs for the team this year in July... EEEKK!!! I sure hope we can hear about you making the team in July! It is a beautiful Saturday, isn't it? I went lap swimming in the morning, and then took my daughter to dance class. After dancing we went looking at a new dryer. (I would like to get a larger capacity one. I am hoping I can talk the hubby into it.) Now I'm at work for 9 more hours. Ugh. Linda Vicory

Hi, Bot, am I tired!! My feet are barking- ouch, ouch!! I worked 41.5 hrs. in 3 days (15.5 yesturday) and am exhasted!!! My girlfriend called for me to help her at the flower shop, so I have sore fingers, made lots of things up for "Mom's day" and tonight I am putting my feet up and RESTING!! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! We are going to Daughters in-laws for a pitch in dinner tomorrow. We are more like one big happy , family! Happy Mothers Day everyone!!! (((hugs))) Ellen
