Yeast Free diet

I am one year out of my revision. I had my first surgery 5 years ago, this time around I have had problem after problem and still feel so sick. The doc is putting me on a yeast free diet. I don't eat anything now because everything makes me sick anyway, I am afraid of this because most of the foods that are available are ones that I don't do very well with. Anyone been through this and have any suggestions. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks for the support, Justen
