i just found out that i have a bad bladder infection. im still crushing pills so i have to be careful in what i take. anyone out there know of a good med. for bladder infections? thanks.

Did your doctor already give you meds? If not you could try Macrodantin. It is a capsule and you could open it and sprinkle on food. If they gave you septra it is a huge pill. You may have to split it into 4s. Good thing you are drinking alot of fluid..that will help alot.

I take capsules and they disolve just fine with me. My doc and the nuts have said the most capsules are fine- taken one at a time with 10 minutes in between if you have to take more than one. They would rather I do that than open the capsule and put in yogurt or applesause... Just my 2 cents

go with what the Dr gives you and try diluteing some Cranberry juice Great for bladder infections!! Good bladder heath all around. Linda Kay
