I don't have it, but was going to say, your best bet is to call your insurance company, and ask for in writing what is covered on wls. Linda Vicory

I got approved with Cigna insurance but it wasn't through FEDEX. Call Cigna and see if your policy covers the surgery and if they do you want to get the bariatric guide and it will go over in detail what you need let me know after you find out if they cover it or not and I will give you some tips on getting approved with them.
