Sagamore Plus Trustmark... Anyone familiar

Hi everyone! I am currently waiting fr my Insurance to approve my surgery... They recieved it on the 17th of April and i was wondering if any one has delt with Sagamore Plus (Trustmark) before and if so what was your experience. So far mine has been great. They answered all of my queastions and said the papers were on the chief administrators desk. They also said I fill all there criteria for the surgery. I guess I need a little incouragment I just want to know the good (and the bad) as to what I am looking forward to I am in this for the long haul and back again... I just want to have an idea! I have Sagamore Plus administered by PBA and they were great I was approved in less than a week. They were very helpful and told my Dr's office what to send no problems. Good Luck Tina

I have Employee Plans which is part of Sagamore. Thank god they are my secondary because it is taking longer than they said it would. My primary (Humana) gave approval within 2 days, so I am going ahead with my May 9 surgery whether they say yes or not. All you can do is make sure you have given them all of the info they want and just wait. Good Luck.
