Well,   I had my 29 week ultrasound yesterday.  I was 29wk 2 day and my little girl is measuring at 32 wks 3 lbs 14 oz.  Dr. just said Big baby... she is measuring tall and long.    I asked if it could be a sugar issue and he said no.   Yeah.... glad to hear that
My dh is 6'2" and I am 5'9"... so she just may be a tall girl...

I am worried that it will interfere with having a vbac... we will see.

On other news... I have my 1 year appt with Dr. Evanson on thursday... I'm so tempted not to go..... being chicken.

Dani! Sounds like your little girl will be a big girl! That just means she's healthy. Better to measure big than small! As for Dr. Evanson, go to your appt with your head held high and I can't imagine he's gonna say anything negative to you!! You're creating another human being after all!

Pregnancy wise, everything's ok. Except that I have H1N1 in the house. My oldest son was diagnosed yesterday and today my youngest is coughing and running a fever. I'm starting my Tamiflu as soon as the pharmacy has it ready. Worries me with the little one on the way.

I was told during my pregnancy that my little girl was measuring big.  At my 36 week ultrasound I was told I was going to have an 10-11 pound baby!  She came out at a tiny 8 lbs 4 oz!  Those measurements can be way off.

Good luck with everything!  and you should go to your appointment....I'm sure it won't be as bad as you think.

Dani,  congrats on a healthy baby girl!  I think you should go to the appt just to show him that you have done well inspite of the fact that his staff seemed to be very non-supportive in the beginning.  They need to see that you are a fine example of things working out fine.  God blessed you with this baby!  Go show Dr, E that its all good!!!

Huge hugs,
Tracy
