hi well my big day is tommorro~~~~~IM SO NERVOUS TOO~ I HAVE TO GO TO SUPPORT IN FT WAYNE TONIGHT SO I CAN BRING PROFF I WENT TO ONE? ANY ONE KNOW ABOUT THIS? DOES ANYONE GO TO FT WAYNE GROUP? ALSO A QUESTION I BOUGHT SOME SUGAR FREE CHOC SYURP  HAS SPLENDA IN IT CAN I USE THAT IN MY MILK SINCE IM NOT A BIG MILK DRINKIER? OR CAN I USE THAT 4 FLAVORING MY HOMEMADE PROTEIN DRINKS? I DIDNT EVEN EAT A GOOD SUPPER LAST NIGHT BECAUSE OF BUTTERFLIES IN MY TUMMY N GO FIGURE I WAS ALLOWED TO EAT BREAKFAST AND LIQUID TIL MIDNIGHT BUT I SLEPT THROUGH BREAKFAST SO I GUESS ILLSTART MY BIG DAY TODAY LOL WELL ILL POST WHEN IM OUT WISH ME LUCK ~~~

You're going to do great tomorrow!  I have never been to a support group in Fort Wayne but I have been to the Turnstone center for other things and it is very accomodating to large people.  The support group I went to here in Bloomington was helpful and I plan to go back--so I hope your experience is similar! Prayers for you tomorrow!

Don't go to Ft. Wayne tonight.  The meetings are on the SECOND Tues of each month at 6:30.   This is only the first Tuesday. Maybe if you print off some of your posts on here they may count it as support. I doubt if they will cancel you becasue of it.  Just promise to come when you can after.  The extra support there is great.
