Amanda and Misty

Brenda and I went to visit Amanda and Misty this afternoon at St. V's.  We took them both a basket full of protein drinks, jello, pudding, tea, cocoa, etc. so they'd have a sampling of things they might enjoy once they get home. Amanda was awake and talkative.  We visited quite awhile with her, her husband, mother, father, and sister.  What a delightful family she has.  She is doing quite well and was getting prepared to go for a walk. Misty was awake and sitting in a chair.  Her breathing was very slow and shallow so they haven't been able to give her much pain medication.  We only chatted with her for a minute so she could rest.  She, too, is surrounded by her family. We reminded them both that everyone on the OH board wished them well and were keeping them in our thoughts and prayers.  Hopefully they will both be home and posting again in a couple days. Floyd

Thanks for posting Floyd, I was wondering how they were doing.  Im kinda worried about Misty cause she has major asthma problems..  Thanks again for posting the info.  Carla
