Fun!!

Yesterday I went to the doctor for my yearly physical. My blood pressure was high, my cholesterol was high, I'd gained some weight, and I didn't feel so hot. My doctor said eating right doesn't have to be complicated and it would solve my physical problems. He said just think in colors; Fill your plate with bright colors; greens, yellows, reds, etc. I went right home and ate an entire bowl of M&M's and sure enough, I felt better immediately. I never knew eating right could be so easy.

 

Hey Carmen, I miss ya so much!!! YOU ARE TOO FUNNY- Those dang M&M dudes!!! Ya know I luv em, just look at my profile--- OOPS I have been accused of making people want M&M's after reading my profile- he he !!! Hope all is going well for you and your family! Although we do miss ya and being that the exchange is this weekend, it won't be the same without your smiling face there! Just wanted to throw ya a quick hello, off to finish some errands!! P.S my bathroom in the newly remodeled house is going to be done in the M&M guys! I love em!!!!

Thanks a lot Carmen!! My incision is killing me from laughing so hard!! That is a great story!1 I hope the part of the Dr. visit is not true for you and that you are doing great! I am racouperating and hope to make the exchange on Saturday. I am still a wimp and sleeping lots!
