Sunday
Hi all! How are you doing today? I am happy.... I have been sitting at 180 for about 2 weeks, and the scale finally moved again today. I am in the 170's officially. WooHoo!
Today will be an interesting day... Mike (dh) has to replace the drain pipes in our house. They are not draining right. So I've got to get the kids out of the house for a bit, in order to ensure no one flushes anything on him while he's working. Hehe.
I got my schedule for next weekend, and will not likely be able to come to the clothing exchange. Sorry guys!
Linda Vicory
Linda, I was really hoping to meet you at the clothing exchange next weekend.... you having to work kinda sucks. And UPBER big congrats on your weight loss. Geez - I remember when I use to weigh 170 lbs, hahahah! Dang Baby weight.
My future inlaws took me baby shopping yesterday. Once Upon A Child was having a clearance sale so we went to check that out. I got some Avent Natural bottles, a sling carrier, diaper bag and three outfits for practically nothing. Then we went to check out the Classic Pooh collection at Target. AlthoughI kept telling them that it was way to much money then I felt comfortable of them spending, Matt's dad ended up buying us a combo stroller car seat travel set. Matt's mom got us some bottles, pacifiers, and a crib set. She already went in half with us for the crib for the baby. Although we needed this stuff - I felt bad that it cost so much and that they spent that kind of money. I am very very VERY thankful. Then they turned around and took me out to eat too. Needless to say at the end of the evening when I got home and showed Matt and my mom what all we bought I was a crying mess. When I had Gage no mone wanted me to have nor keep him - so.. he had no crib (slept in bed with me) and had used or borrowed everything. So getting new stuff for Quinntin has been a little emotionally over-whelming for me, but I very much appreciate what they have done. And although I think I've told them "Thank You" about 20 or 40 times by now, it just doesn't feel like that's enough.
Gage is finally home so because Matt's at the Brickyard race today with his dad and his brother, Gage and I are gonna cuddle on the big bed, eat popcorn, and vegg out on tv, movies, and gossip. I sure did miss him while he was gone. Wednesday we start school shopping for him. He's already making a list, hahah!
Anyways - I hope everyong has a nice relaxing Sunday.
Darrah - how did your yard sale go? I hope yesterdays damp hazey weather didn't detour people from coming out and see what you had to offer.
Good Day Everyone - HUGS!

Jodi,
I think it is awesome that your new inlaws are taking such good care of you. They can tell what a sweetheart you are and it sounds like happiness has found it's way to your door! :o) I am really looking forward to seeing you Saturday! I need to find directions but so far I can't find anything listed under the name of the church that Dawn gave in her post. I found an Ellenberger church on 10th but it is not a Methodist. I am coming in from the south side so I would appreciate any directions anyone can give me on getting there. You do not want a tired from surgery lady out there wondering around lost! lol
I am hoping to have my daughter take me to Lane Bryant at the Greenwood Mall today to check out jeans. I have a great coupon that expires soon and I am really anxious to slip into a pair of jeans and see what they look like! :o) Even still swollen from surgery I am loving my new body.
you all have an Awesome day!
hugs!
Marianne
Marianne,
When I cohosted the last one with Dawn at that church I came up from the south end to. I went up Emerson to 10th street. Went down 10th street a few blocks and the church is right on the corner of 10th and Ritter. I hope that helps you direction wise.
I can't wait to see you looking oh so fabolicious Saturday either. Lord knows I'll be all jealous, hahaha! Good luck at Lane Bryant. I hope find what you are looking or hoping for, haha!

Marianne,
When Dawn called me and asked me to put in the post about the clothing exchange, she 'thought' it was Methodist..perhaps it isn't. I'll put in a post with directions for everyone.
