TGIF!
Sherri,
You may want to watch Louie, my black lab knew how to open the gate. He get getting out and I couldn't figure out how, so I started spying on him. Yep, he did it. Went to the gate, pushed up the latch with his nose and off he went. I ended up having to put a hook on it to keep him in. Smart little turds them labs are.
I am one weekend away from surgery, so most of this weekend will be getting my house in shape. My DH is awesome though, so he will make sure everything that I can't do gets done. We'll be spending Sunday at Grissom AFB doing an SCCA Solo Race. If anyone is in the area and likes to watch cars dodge cones on a closed course, join us. Admission is free. I can't wait for Wednesday to get here. As I hear everyone say, I am starting to get nervous, but not nervous. Anxious, excited and hoping I have everything in the house I need for afterward. I have NEVER had surgery where I was put out, I have had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrist done at different times as outpatient. So I think my nervousness comes from never having been put out before. I'm not nervous about surgery, I am so ready for that.
Have a great weekend everyone.
