Happy Sunday

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.  I have, I got to spend sometime with my husband and we wenting bowling last night, and slept  in to 10am this morning, we do not get to that very often.   I am enjoying my first cup of coffee for the day, and will be getting dressed her in a few and going out to my garden to pick some green beans.  Woooooohoooooooooo fresh green beans out of our garden.  I have a few cherry tomatoes that I can pick.  yummy.   Peas are not quite ready and I do have a good size green pepper.  This is the first year that I have had the energy and was able to physcially have a garden and I love it.  This was what I wanted for Mothers Day.  I was able to unload 2 truck load of soil, with help but this time last year I would not have been able to do this.   Has anyone heard when the next clothing exchange will be.   Have a blessed day,

happy sunday girls (and guys)...I slept in this morning too...lovely as it was it wasted part of my day  I'm up now, i did my eyebrow plucking, took my shower, and now I'm trying to get a few odds and ends done around here....I need to go to my grandma's but not sure when i'll actually fit that in...well just wanted to say hello!!!!! ps: the garden veggies sound great! congrats on the garden this year!  hugs jen

What to bring:  Any clothes that don't fit you!! What to get:     Any clothes that will fit you now or in the near future!!! Note:       We do a pitch-in each time. Bring anything healthy! Splenda is welcome! If you plan on bringing water, please let me know. Last time, we ran out and we want to be sure there is plenty. I'll pass this information on to Dawn. It has been a wonderful day already.  We got up really early and waited for them to deliver my new refrigerator.  It is HUGE - I just Love it!!! Some friends came over at noon and the guys put up my ceiling fan over the hot tubs and we girls went out and did a little shopping.  We grilled streaks and I made baked beans and corn on the cob to pay for the labor.  Now that the kitchen is all cleaned up again I'm going to start cooking for our lunches for the next couple days.  I can't believe I'm out of left overs. Floyd and I will be at the clothing exchange.  I'm not sure what I'll make yet.  Maybe baked beans or the chicken salad that everyone likes so much.  We'll see. I better get moving or I won't have time for a nice soak in the hot tub. Everyone have a great evening and a super Monday.

Hey everyone!!! So far this weekend has been alright... I've been on provera to have Aunt Fran visit and I"ve been an emotional wreck... So other than crying for no reason and hurting and being tired... and a 3.5 lb gain in water everything is just peachy... Can't wait til the cramps start...

Friday I watched my neice Bayli she's 10 months old and just wonderful... Yesterday I went to a bridal shower.. I was supposed to go to foster care parent training but my husband decided at the last minute that he didn't want to do it, so after another round of crying i went to the bridal shower and then that afternoon we went and got our Godson and he's staying with me until probably Sunday next week maybe longer as his parents are having some issues and are going to use this time to work them out before the D word pops up... He also is a HUGE harry potter fan so I'm taking him with Darrah and I to the Barnes and Noble for the midnight release of the new book... I just woke up from my nap and I'm so ready to go back to sleep I HATE AUNT FRAN!!

So sad that the weekend is over.  We had kind of a relaxing day today also.  We slept in till around 8.  I got up and made scrambled eggs with mushroom, green pepper and onion. Then he went for a walk and I went out to ride my horse.  I cleaned the barn then we went out and did some trimming.  Did a little work down by the pond by putting landscape blocks around the base of the pier.  When I got suffieciently hot enough I took my air mattress and floated on the pond for about an hour.  It was wonderfull and relaxing.  Then I came in and fixed dinner.  My parents were coming for dinner and brought my 3 nieces with them (21,18,16) also had my MIL,SIL, and aunt alice.I put a large pork roast in the crock this morning and made fresh GB, fried cabbage, and mashed potatoes. We had no leftovers for a change. Well monday will ber here before I know it . time for bed. Night All
