Ticker bar for Habit that you change
I work very hard on making life style changes that will effect me for the rest of my life.
Losing weight is a by product of good habits. It is great to lose 100+ or 200+ pounds but more satisfaction should be gained from I walked 10000 aerobic steps today and will do 11000 the next time.
I got rid of the microwave because it is too easy to warm up that snack. I don't buy food in bulk, Sam's club and Costco do not see me. I look for low fat low cal foods like pickled vegetable mix to snack on.
I learn how to buy vegetables and fix them in a way that is healthful.
Please don't take me wrong losing large amounts of weight when you are obese is good.
Losing destructive food behavior and adding exercise as what you do every day is better.
