*SO* glad to know I'm not the only one struggling with this!  Somedays I panic and think "Oh my gosh!  My pouch doesn't work anymore, I've ruined it! I'm doomed!"  But other days, its makes itself very well known.  Being preggo and having to constantly eat to get my calories in so soon after surgery kind of put me into some bad habits.  I haven't gained any weight back, but I'm not losing.  I know the last 3 weeks, I haven't been exercisng- gotta get back to that for sure.   I'm also horribly low in my water intake compared to watch I used to drink.  So I'm certain that is most of my problem.  Just goes to show that surgery really is not the "easy" way out and is a LIFESTYLE change. Its just good to know I'm not the only one struggling  some days.  I think I'm going to really focus on putting good things within easy reach to snack on.  i"m not much of a meal eater, I like to graze.  I think Sheeri's idea of keeping celery cut up I'm going to try, and I love Carmen's pepperoni chips.  (I have to watch those suckers tho, once i stop eating them, if there are more of them, I eat them all!  they go right through my pouch like I didn'**** anything at all.  Same thing with popcorn)
