I think it was only 8-10 weeks.

I can eat as much as I want...I just don't want much.
I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...

I think I tried some about 3 months out. I chewed very well, and it went down fine.  Linda Vicory

I think I was about 4.5 months out.  I did like Linda, just chewed really well, and had no problems. Tina

I think I was about 5-6 weeks out and I just love the stuff.  I can have the worst pouch day ever and be sick all day no matter what I try and then have a popcorn snack and it stays right in my pouch.  So I always say it’s not me that needs it it’s my pouch!  Lol  My husband will bring home popcorn instead of flowers now just to say  “I am thinking of you!”  I just found a new way to make it and it works really well.  I have been getting the plain kernels in a plastic jar at the store and then sticking about two tablespoons of them in a paper lunch sack.  Then I microwave them just like the microwave popcorn.  There is no fat and then I put all the different FF spices I want on them.  I use a water spray bottle to help the spices stick.  Sometimes I use the spray fake butter, but that gives my GAS so I try to not use it.  I know TMI but thought you may like to know!

Happy crunching,

Carmen

  Have a great day,

Hey Jessica! I buy those 100 calorie bags of kettle corn.  It is the perfect amount and just the right amount of sweet and salty for me.  I was probably about 3 months when I tried it.  I love movie popcorn...  yummmmmmmmmy!
