Dear Angel - I have been out of town spending time with my parents and had my mail stopped.  I am now home and have just gotten through the pile I picked up at the post office.  How sweet of you to remember my six month anniversary!  I am loving this summer.  I am down 113 pounds now and am enjoying being able to do so many new things that I have not been able to do for such a long time.  Hope things are going well for you whoever you are.  Karen  ps.  my daughter graduates from Ball State on July 20.  I will have fun shopping for something new to wear thanks to you.

Hi Karen. I was wondering why I hadn't seen a post from you lately.  Missed you at last months support group. There were a lot of newbies there.  Are you going tomorrow?  I'm not going to be there. I have an exercise class that I think will be more benificial to me. Can't be in two places at once. Glad things are going well for you. keep up the good work!
