If the food choices dont work.. you might be better off buying a ticket seperately.  You are paying $4 less than the ticket with the meal.. but there is no point in paying for what you can't have. I am not selling seperate tickets.. that would be too confusing... Would love to see you there.  If you change your mind and want to get the meal.. email me, and I'll send you the order form. Thanks!!! Amanda

Sherri, It's good to hear that there really is life at the amusement park after WLS!  I LOVE coasters, but after a few times having to get out of the seat because the attendant couldn't get the bar latched (in front of a thousand waiting people!)  you kind of lose interest in being publicly humiliated, ya know?  Anyway, I'm having RNY on 8-22 by Dr. Cacucci, and by NEXT summer, I plan on hittin' those parks and riding all those scream machines I've missed out on!     And then, if I can hold any food down, I'll find some of that grilled chicken!

Boxman, Yes!! Amusement Parks are back!! However....now that I don't have that cushioning, I get bruised up abit more than I use to! It makes a difference not being wedged in! LOL! I'm going to have to get dh out there walking more this next year. We've had a few close calls with his spare tire that almost made him have to walk that walk of shame. That's how I referred to it the times I had to make that walk. That was SO embarassing that I got to where I didn't even want to attempt it. The Beast was the first ride I reconquored! LOL! Congrats on your surgery date. Dr. Cacucci is terrific..and so is St. Vincent's. Please, feel free to join in on the activities we have going on. Our next clothing exchange is coming up soon as well as a camp-out at the KOA in Middlebury near Shippshiwana (they have RV & tent spaces as well as cabin's). All of our stuff is for pre & post-ops. Amanda, I am not one to just complain and not 'do'. I wrote King's Island and inquired about healthy food options. There are definately healthy choices! If you are interested in making this a truely healthy menu for everyone, please send me your email addy and I will forward their response to you. Of their choices, I would definately think that roasted chicken, california melody veggies, cole slaw, watermelon, and Dasani bottled water would be better choices...and yes, all of that are choices that could be on the catered menu.
