TGI Friday

I am so happy it is finally Friday.  Another boring day at the office but at least it's the last one this week.  We have no plans this weekend.  Just going to hang around the house and catch up on some paperwork.  Maybe we'll go walk the zoo or something to get some sun and exercise but nothing definate.  We'll just see where the wind blows us.

I couldn't stand it any more!  Last night I went out and bought a new refrigerator.  The LITTLE one that came with the house just had to go.   Sherri...where are you and Bill off to this weekend?  Something exciting I bet. Pamela...How was the family reunions?  Are you all hugged out now?  I bet they were a lot of fun.  I love spending time with my family (most of them). Everyone have a great Friday and enjoy the weekend.  Looks like the weather is going to be wonderful.

Brenda the chilli chicken salad was great, I made it last night as a lettuce wrap. Of course I forgot to buy celery but is was good anyway.  I miss seeing Carmen,. Darrah and Sam on here.  Come out , come out wherever you are!!!!!!!........DEB

Gotta Love Friday 'cause tomorrow's SATURDAY!!! Just gotta get through today and then it's my day to rest and relax and recover! Take it easy.

I'm thankful it's Friday too. What a crazy week. Got me semi confused having a holiday in the middle of the week, geez! Matt and I are gonna hit some yard sales today and tomorrow in hopes of finding a baby crib. 12 weeks to go till my due date. I have all the shower invites ready to mail out, so thank you ever so much to those of you who sent me your addies. Been dealing with the blues this week. I think it has more to do with a combination of baby anticipation, mentally trying to deal with this weight gain, and my dad's annual Family reunion camping trip coming up in a few weeks. This will be the first family gathering since his memorial service. Maybe I probably wouldn't feel so "blah" about it if it wasn't for the fact that he started this tradition and now is no longer here to enjoy it. But - there are things I am happy about. Gage comes home this weekend. I do surely miss him. He's home for a week and then heads to Florida till just about school starts. Lucky butt. Working on my flower beds is paying off. I'm getting nice compliments from the ladies in the neighborhood. And of course the ever wonderful boyfriend, Matt, who is VERY consitent in telling me how beautiful I look - EVER DAY - hahahahah! Here I am! I've just been so busy these days!  I wouldn't have it any other way though.  I posted a few new baby pictures on my profile, and they are (if I do say so myself) simply adorable.  Everyday I wake up and can't believe how blessed I am to have such a wonderful baby and husband. Still holding steady on the weight loss, but I haven't been running the last two weeks due to a leg injury that is almost healed up now, so hopefully I'll be hitting the pavement again soon!

Brenda, We just got home a few hours ago so we're going to be spending this weekend at home. Next Friday, we'll be off to King's Island! Sherri

I'm here too!!  Life has been crazy with work and such.  Holding steady at 105 lbs lost.  I stop by and read every day I just don't always get around to posting!  Thanks for thinking of me!!

Happy Friday to all...even though it's nearly over...I had a yard sale today...in the dreaded heat, by myself...just shoot me in the foot now!!! LOL...it was so darn hot...I was tired from dragging all that out and setting it up, and tomorrow from 7-12 I'm doing it again...can you say "glutton for punishment?"... I'm tired, and heading to bed, but wanted to stop in and say hi to all my new friends! :)  I found out today I go for my bloodwork and dr appt to clear me for surgery on tuesday, then to my pre-op nutrition class on thursday next week...can anyone tell me what to expect in the nutrition class? then I'm all done with that stuff and just have to wait til the 2nd to have my life changing surgery! :) the nerves haven't set in yet, but i'm sure they will! Brenda,   The family reunions were so much fun.  We had a good time all three days.  Then Sat we had a huge neighborhood yard sale.  I got rid of lots of our wedding stuff to girls getting married this fall.  It really helped clear out the old house.  I finally got all the chicken salad ate.  In time for my mom to send home a bunch of potato salad for us this weekend.  So that should last us another week....lol I noticed that u are going out to eat Tues but Im so sorry I wont be able to make it and now that Ive been invited I cant harrasse you for going and not telling me...LOL. I will look forward to seeing u all at the clothing exchange.  I have two coats ...one in a 2x and one thats a 26-28...both are a tan/beige one is heavier than the other.  Im bringing some size 20's to get rid of....Tania...will u still need some 20 talls??? I found 2 more pairs this week.  Rest are carpi's and arent really talls. Anyone bringing a 16 winter coat???  I think thats what Im going to be needing
