For the last couple of months I've been having a back ache in the middle of my back. Primarily on the right side.  The muscle mostly aches but also gets a numbe tingly feeling.  It's not bad in the morning but increases thru the day especially if I've been at the computer to long or been out doing physical work.  I think it is just a muscle fatigue but it is really irritating.  Maybe it is caued by the girls haging down too much? Just wondering if I'm weird.  It doesn't bother me enough to go to the Dr. again for it.  I did complain to her once and she thought it could be Thyroid or B12 related so we tested those and they were fine.

Hi Jan Might be sciatica....or the sciatic nerve might have a twinge in it.

Take care!

Lord, keep me in your will so I won't be in your way.

Hi Jan,  I had the same problem up until almost a year out.  It started after I lost the first 30-40 lbs.  When I asked the Dr. She told me it was common,  It is your body adjusting to a new way of carring your weight.  For how many years have we been carring all the extra weight on the front of us and then as it comes off it throws off your core center of balance,  your muscles have to compensate to the new position and it takes awhile to get these muscles to work in this way.  She told me after awhile your body will adjust and these muscles will strengthen, and she was right.   I just took the quick release tylenol when it got too bad and worked on back strenghtening exersizes.   Hope this helps.  Ron
