Psych Evaluation Recommendations-Indianapolis

Hello All, I'm just getting started with the process and I need any recommendations for my psych eval. The lady I'm scheduled with charges $215, and I have insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield). I really can't afford that right now, I'm also getting braces soon. Can anyone give me any recommendations on someone I can go to, whose cheaper than that or takes my insurance. I want to get my report back asap, so I can submit my application to my insurance. I had my Phsyc eval done through Dr, Gupta's office.  I don't remember his name, but the charge was only $115 I believe.  This was in December.

Good evening, ladies. My surgeon is Dr. Cacucci, an associate of Tana's Dr. Gupta, at Carmel Surgical Specialists.  The psychologist who did my evaluation was Joseph Stote, PhD, and it was done right there at St Vincents in Carmel.  The evaluation was arranged through the CSS office, but Dr. Stote is independent of CSS, that is, I'm pretty sure he does consults for more than CSS's surgeons.  If you want to contact him directly, his number is 317-582-7088,  or toll-free, 877-831-1582. My consult was ALSO $115, and I had to pay that when I saw him.  Unless he's changed his policy since last year, he won't take insurance.  Now if YOUR insurance covers it, you're free to file with them yourself for reimbursement, of course.
