Why, why, why???  Are the all the fun things planned on the last weekend of the month??????  That is my BUSY time at work.  Gotta work this Saturday...  Had to work last Clothing Exchange...  Guess I am just unlucky!!  Hope everyone has a great time anyway!!    My Sweet Pamela--I have clothes for you.  Call me, so we can work out a time to get together Saturday post pool party.  Will send you a message.  I was on vacation the week of the 11th.  I was in Florida at Daytona.  This was my first vacation post-op, and it was FABULOUS!!!!  I walked.  I played in the ocean.  I did the waterpark--twice.  Things were so, so, so different than the last time I was in Florida 2 years ago. Oh--and I need a little help.  I need a schedule.  I am struggling with vitamins/protein/water.  What's everybody else doing?

Hi all! Happy Wednesday to all! I am so sleepy today. I wish I could take a nap, but that's not on the agenda. I wor****il 4:30pm, have got to pick up the kids, get them fed, and then go to my personal training session at 6:30pm.

I did my good deed for the day, I donated blood this morning. They were having a blood drive at work at the goverment center in Terre Haute. I'm afriad they jabbed my pretty good though, and I'm going to have an excellent bruise on my arm.  Melanie, I take my vitamins in the morning, and my calcium in the afternoon. I sip my isopure shake all day. That has 50g of protein in it, and along with my food, I get more than my 75g each day.  I am so excited! I called today, and have an appointment for July 31st with Dr. Grassee for a plastics consultation. I am not ready yet, still want to lose about 30 pounds. I would be looking for surgery in the fall, but I do want to know if they can do what I want, and how much I am looking at spending. The receptionist who answered the phone sounds English, very classy sounding, hehe. I so hope they can fix the areas I want fixed. I have this hanging skin around my bra line, ew. I am sick of it. I want the girls perked up too. Hubby wants them bigger, lol. I will see what else she suggests too and the costs. Hurray for this last year. It hasn't been easy, but so worth it.  Linda Vicory

Melanie, I take my synthroid as soon as I get up at 4 am. I drink 12 oz decaf coffee. Then I drink 24 oz water. Then breakfast. Then I drink 1 AchievOne. Then I drink 16 oz Fruit2O. Then I take my vitamins (by this time, it's at least 4 hours after I take my synthroid).  Then lunch. Then I drink 24 oz water in the afternoon.  On my way home from work, I'll either drink 24 oz of water or I'll eat a sandwich baggie full of chopped celery. Depends on if I have the munchies or not. One I get home, I fix dinner & we eat.  In the evenings, I usually drink a cup of ooo-long hot tea, af hot chocolate, or some other decaf hot tea. Then I do my Citrical (at least 4 hours after doing my vitamins). I bring a bottle of water with me to bed and usually drink about 1/2 of it (~12 oz). I usually get in ~+100 oz of water in the from of decaff coffee/tea, fruit2O, or water. I usually drink 1 Achiev One (20 g protein) but if I know I didn't do a very good job that day at eating my protein, I'll have a 2nd one in the evening. If I get munchies in the evenings, I usually will eat either fresh fruit, Dr. Cracker crackers, or SF popcycles. Hope this helps. It's not so much as a 'schedule' as it is my 'routine'. Sherri
