Does anyone ever use the Indiana chat room board? Just joining and wondering. Does anyone know if PPO, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield cover it? I hope so because if so then probably having surgery in August.

Anthem Blue Access PPO covered mine.  I di have one challange and submitted more history of weight loose tries and then was approved.

HI ALFREW, I WORK FOR ANTHEM BCBS AND YES THEY WILL APPROVE IT IF YOU HAVE EVERYTHING AND ITS NOT AN EXCLUSION ON YOUR EMPLOYERS PLAN.  DO YOU HAVE A COPY OF  THE MEDICAL POLICY?
