It is good and very informative. It is on Monday nights at 9:00 on TLC. I was up later a couple of nights to let the dog out during the middle of the night (don"t ask what time, I never look at the clock) I turned on the TV while waiting for the dog and saw it replayed early tues monring and some time Wed night for you night owls.
