1 yr anniversary

Well today is my 1 year anniversary and I have done a wonderful job.  I have lost 98 lbs and feel great and would recomend the surgery to anyone that is batteling weight issues.  I would love to still get those other 2 lbs gone by Friday that when I go back to the Dr. for my follow up.  I have had my blood work done and every thing looks pretty good so far, I have 2 levels that are low and 2 that are high so I will be going over that with the Dr.  Thank you all for you support and help this past year its maked a big difference.  So give your self a pat on the back. 

This weekend I am going camping with my family and will be water skiing for the first time in about 5 yrs and I can't wait.  I hope everyone has a great day!!! Bonnie

Girl you were looking so beautiful at the last clothing exchange I would have thought u were at your goal by now.  Not that u still wanted to lose 2 lbs before a drs appt.  You have done great and u look awesome.  I hope u reach your goal soon. Pamela
