One month anniversary...

Well, I've made it through my first month.  I'm off my bp meds and my BP is totally within normal ranges (!), haven't had headaches since surgery and made it through the full liquids.  I'm down 30.5 pounds since my start weight in February and 22.5 pounds since the morning of surgery.  Haven't had any complications so far.  (knock on wood!).  Haven't thrown up at all, although I thought I might a couple of times.  I seem to be sleeping much better and have lost a lot of my joint and back aches and pains, although I still get some once in a while.  Am feeling pretty good at this point!! I'll have to get DH to take some photos of me tonight and compare them to my official "before" pics.   Everyone have a great Monday!  Kim

Congrats!!!!! I cant wait to get rid of those aches and pains:) I am so glad that you havent had any complications...just keep the faith that it stays that way!!!! As I know I will for you! Lisa K
