Medfast

Any suggestions on how to make Medfast more palatable?  It's required in my pre-op two weeks out.  After a year, I've finnaly gotten July 2 as a date for lap band.

No ideas, never had to do anything thing like that, but I hope you find a way! Good luck! Linda Vicory

Medfast was the last thing I did before surgery option.  I bought the artifcal flavors and the seemed to help a little.  Just think....its not forever.
