I am so sorry to hear about the kidney stone.  I hear that those are extremely painful. I do hope it passes quickly.It is good for you and all of us to remember to drink extra fluids in this hot weather.  We get dehydrated so fast. 

I hope you feel better soon.

Nancy--good to hear that you can get out today.  I know that hospitals can become pretty boring in short order, and if you are itching to get out, you must be ready!

I have enjoyed the last two evenings of basically relaxing at home.  I do not get much of a chance to do that as there always seems to be something to do and somewhere to go.  Of course, that was short-lived as we have things on the schedule again!

Liv is back at the museum today, so I will pick her up and maybe stop by the College of Medicine to give Connie my good wishes.  I am very happy for her.

David worked the last two nights OUTSIDE, Monday umpiring and last night mowing for a friend that has an apple orchard.  This is all on top of being outside at camp all day helping to lead small kids as a volunteer.  I could not do it!  I have to give him credit for not complaining.  At least he is making a few $$. 

Our lawn mower died, so now we are looking for a reliable repair man, or maybe a new mower.  It seems like it is always SOMETHING!

Glad you got a chance to chill the last two nights.  I don't know how you keep the schedule that you do!  I always get tired just reading your activities each day.    Hope you can get that lawn mower repaired.  Those things can be frustrating.  Stay cool and drink lots of liquid today. 

If it's portable, Nicolson's in Rockford repairs lawnmowers. If it's a riding mower, I think I'd call a small engine place.

Hi everyone. Today I am breaking Mom out of the nursing home, for doctor appointments that is. I know she enjoys the time out and she misses her cats so much, if she feels up to it  I might take her by her house to visit them. I am going to work on some yard work in the evening hours when it cools down a bit and hopefully go for a long walk with my son. Have a great day everyone.

I am sure your mom will enjoy her time away.  My mom always enjoyed getting out of her extended care home.  I am sure your mom does miss her furballs. A visit might be just what the Doctor ordered.

Be careful  working outside this evening.  I don't think it is supposed to cool down much and watch out for those darn mosquitoes. 

 Good News!!!  The kidney stone passed!  No drugs or hospital needed!  Thanks for all the well wishes.

Ahhh  relief!!!!!  Glad that it passed and was not a stubborn dude.  I am sure you are feeling MUCH better! 

Glad to hear it!  Now......drink, drink, drink, chug it, chug it, chug i****ER that is!!!!!

We are in the Dells and will EVENTUALLY F/U as to what, when and where we have been. Some of it I cannot comment on, so do not ask.
