WED. roll call
Not much to do today. I did a lot yesterday though. Replaced a headlamp and air filter on the car. Did my first emissions test for Illinois and got the little sticker for the plates. Hopefully there will be a time before the first of July to have it clean and dry to put on.
My prayers are also with Nancy and the others who I am not seeing here.
I did get some Slim-Fast yesterday. I am beginning to look more and more forward to a new eating style and discovering how my appetite and taste will change. Right now I am thinking foods much akin to hor'd'vours with things like shrimp, salmon, shark, swordfish and other meats that I do not even look at now because their cost per pound is way too high.
I do wish the process towards approval were better defined. Dr. Vitello did not think there would be any problem with approval and I certainly hope he is right.

Hello everyone... I don't usually have much going on in my life so forgive me if I don't post often. I am on a medical leave of absence so much of my time is spent just taking care of me. Tomorrow will be my big day out... need to shop for a Dad's Day gift for my DH.
Eileen, I'm glad you found the bars at GNC... they are so yummy. I do wi**** was a smaller bar, but I'm not complaining.
There is a support group for RNY at ABMC this Saturday... I hope to see some of you there. Have a great week everyone!
