Sunday Roll Call

Good Morning,

It looks like we are going to get rain today. . If we don't. I will have to water. I don't want my flowers or veggies drying out.

My oldest, Monica, is coming by this morning on her way to to pick up her daughter, who is at her dads house this weekend. Then later today we are meeting the youngest and her better haft for dinner.

No other plans for today, so stay safe, stay dry,and exercise.

Good morning to all my IL friends this overcast Sunday.  I'm well-busy as usual-with Eddie down I'm on tap for everything and my job.  They say idle minds are the devil's workshop-well Satan is on unemplyment 'cause i don't have time to for diddly squat.  Please keep Eddie in your prayers-he is in the hospital w/an in infection in the leg and foot w/the ulcer.  It must get cleared up or he will lose the leg uo to the knee at least.  My dlrship got the offcial notice that we are in the clear and our dlr agreement is renewed and all previous agrement (ie:our payments from GM for rebates and warranty claims) will be honored as they restructure.  We framed it for our customers to see so they know we are there to stay.  Hope you are all well and send big hugs to all-Janet K

You really do have a lot on your plate.  I do hope you are taking care of yourself as well.  The stress you are under is unbelievable.  Special prayers for Eddie.  I do hope the ulcers and infection heal with no loss of limb.  

I have met some new friends on facebook that are amputees.  They are over in England.  I was chatting with a beautiful young girl the other night.  It is a lot to overcome, but they seem to have a terrific support network.  I hope Eddie doesn't need it.  Think positive!

I am glad to hear your dealership is safe.  That is one HUGE worry off your plate.  

Take some me time to catch your breath each day.  You don't want to have yourself down as well.

Good morning Lisa and Illinois!

I went to Kohl's yesterday and did the birthday shopping for the boys. Now I need to go to find something fun for them to play with in their yard. Don't know what I'm looking for, but I'm sure I'll find something.

Today we will clean the carpets in the dining room and spare bedroom then we can be done til they need cleaning again. The carpets in the living room and my bedroom cleaned up pretty good.

Tomorrow it will be laundry....what fun....

 Good Morning Lisa and Illinois

I am out of hiding this morning.  Yesterday was all messed up.  Stayed up way to late Friday night and slept half the day Saturday.    I hate to see what my sleep schedule will be once I am home from surgery.  I can become a night owl so easily.  

I think I am pretty well stocked up on staples for the 6 weeks I wont be driving.  Things seem to be coming together.  My cleaning lady has offered to do laundry for me while I am down.  My sister gave me a gift certificate for gourmet precooked food for Christmas.  I will be using that during surgery.  No meal prep.  

I am going out to lunch today with my best friend.  I am really looking forward to it.  We don't get to meet too often since I no longer work with her.  Our schedules are just too different.  So it should be fun.  

5 more days until conference!  Looking forward to seeing everyone!

I am going to my niece's wedding today. I went shopping on my way home from seeing DR R. We stopped at the Aurora Outlet. We went into all the trendy stores where my daughter really thought all dress clothing should come from. Well she did not find a thing. I suggested the Dress Barn. It still took he for ever because she's in denial that she isn't a size 8 after 2 kids and very little restraint from pizza.
I needed a dress too since I never owned one before weight loss, as if it would still fit.
Any way I went to the clearance rack because I really do not wear dresses much. I found a cute little black dress with a b&w button on the collar area. In a size 10. I tried it on and was so shocked I cried right there.
The lady there kept saying but you really should not wear black to a wedding, well I said this one I am because I love this look and feel. She showed me many more viberant colors and styles and I finally told her with 110 pounds weight loss I will wear what I want to this one and since its my niece she really will not care.
I will get pictures and try and post them!
Well I hafat get ready. Maybe I'll wear it at the Oh Event next week. Its not to dressy!
