Saturday Roll Call
Well I got my fill yesterday and I now have 6 cc's in my band. I just had breakfast and I do feel kind of tight. I hope this will help out. I am always so hungry between meals and at meal time I always want to pig out. So hopefully this fill will help out a little. At work everyone is being so supportive. They ask how I'm doing and are always telling me how great I'm doing. They also tell me they can tell I am losing weight. I still can't see it..I know its happening because I'm wearing things I couldn't wear last summer. I just can't wait till it really noticeable.
Well nothing going on today but cleaning. Then later a friend is coming over to hang out.
Amanda got my package and she was so grateful. I feel bad for her. I would love to tell to come home but this internship is just too important. It's great experience and a prestigious internship. She walked into town yesterday and shopped at all the touristy shops. She said she bought my birthday present. I'm like a little kid when it comes to presents and I can't wait to see what she got me.

The sun is out, is it going to stay or turn cloudy and rain?
Did I mention that I ordered the new American Girl doll? Well she was delivered on Thursday. She is perfect. I did feel like a happy child on Christmas morning when I opened her.
Today, I will work on a new rug, and go to the bank. I will walk since it isn't super hot.
My heart Dr. called, he took me off of a scrip that I have been on for 10 years. This is only temporary, for a month to see how I am doing without it, but its a start.
Crystal, Maybe Amada could get a small job in town, for nights and weekends, so maybe she will have something to do on her down time.

for me today going to the Dr. for a checkup then work to do a little office work then to Joanne's fabric, walmart and Walgreen's, I hope the rains hold out until tonight as Jim and I want to get some more yard work done,

My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

It seems like a lovely cool day and right now the sun is shining. Kay is working at the Klehm garden event today. She also worked last night and bought some good stuff. Our yard is almost ready for the garden walk on June 17 and I can say it is even better than last year. I can brag because I had nothing to do with it--it's all Kay's work.
Looking forward to the convention. I'm hoping it's not too focused on beginners.

The sun is shining here and I hope it doesn't stop..........not much on the agenda.....birthday gift shopping for two of my grandsons. Bella has been good about going out and (I'm sure I'm going to jinx this) hasn't had an accident in a month.....so I think we'll clean the living room carpet today. This room needs to be done twice so we will do it again when we do the bedrooms.
