HOW????
Could this really happen???? Has it happened to anyone else???
This morning I woke up 10 pound lighter the when I went to bed last night... I'm having a really hard time believing this to be true... But, it has happened before.. At the end of April the same thing happened. I didnt believe my scale so I went over and double checked on the Weigh****chers scale at the Center (theirs is not forgiving at all) that one actually showed that I had lost 12.. I'm going back over this morning to check again because I just cant believe my eyes.
I know with this weigh loss program a LOT of Weird things happen but, this has to rank up there with the strangest of them has anyone else experienced such a drop over night. Anyone know what might cause that????

You will also find times where the scale will not move, but you will magically drop inches and clothing sizes.
Hold on and enjoy the ride, as it is a wild one.

My real theory is even more fun though. It happens when there is a combination of ketosis and calorie deficits which should have produced weight loss but which did not happen due to the fat cells refilling with water. Through in a male time of the month for extra water retention. Then male TOM is over and perhaps as well as the fat cells finally giving up the water you also quit eating a particular salty but legal snack and the forces of nature such as asperagus kick in and there goes the pounds.
All of that is in a large person pre-op. I look forward to what happens post op.
