A look back

While putting away some scrapbooks yesterday, I decided to take a look at our surprised 40th anniversary party book. I never realized how heavy I was! I knew I lost weight, and inches, but until I really looked, I didn't know how much. I guess the old saying is true. You don't see yourself as others see you.

Congrats on this big "wow," Lisa.

Thank goodness for pictures, or else I never would believe the physical changes, either. It's strange to see how few photos I actually have of me when I was at my heaviest. Now, I am a camera ***** always willing to be in pictures!
