Report for psych eval??

I had my psych evaluation on May 4 and dr. told me he would have report ready by that friday or early part of the week after.  It has been 3 weeks now and i dont get anywhere when i call!!  What do i do?? I have left several messages and no one will return my call.  I can not schedule my consult with surgeon till that report is faxed over.

 I would go to their office and refuse to leave until you have that report in your hand.  After all you paid for the evaluation.  They should not be keeping this information on hold.  

i had someone from the doctors office contact them. They will sometimes respond better to them.

Mine was like that too.. I HATED that part of the process..... You just have to keep calling. If you did the MMPI I know they have to send that in to a company that evaluates it and then sends it back.. That may be what is taking so long. It took my psych 4 weeks to finish mine......
