Friday Roll Call
Good morning Karen and the rest of Illinois!
I am working today and found out that my home computer needs a motherboard (just like Paul said) and I have ordered it to be here next week. The price is 1/4 of what a new machine will cost, so I just bit the bullet. I SURE hope that is the end of problems with that machine! I really can't afford to get a new one right at the moment, but find it hard to be without one at home too.
I am glad to hear the Nancy's eye is on the mend and hope that Karen's grandson is better.
Todd has a late softball game tonight, so it will be just me and the kids. I am thinking of taking them to a movie...we will see.
Over the weekend, I hope to get the rest of the containers planted and we are talking about having a garage sale next weekend (during the "30 Mile Garage Sale") and if so, we have a lot of work to be done!
As far as what to wear to the conference, I think that "dressy casual" will be fine. By that, I mean what you would usually wear (maybe not the tube tops.......) I don't think that the casino night and dance on Saturday will REQUIRE dressing up, but if you feel like it, then do so! The hotels are always air-conditioned, and most of us are always cold, so layers are good and I think jeans are fine.
