Friday Roll Call
The weekend weather is supposed to play nice, going to see the 80 they say. I hope so yesterday I could not get warm. Nothing much on my agenda this weekend except taking Nathan to see the movie UP. I am making a new flower bed over the weekend too.
After today we have 3 days of school left. So I need to find cheap entertainment for the 3 grand kids. figured the boys would like to go fishing. The baby has fun with she and I running around the kitchen table! Exercise for me and play for her!
Well I hafta go get ready to do my 1 hr job...

It is a beautiful sunny day here! So good to see the sun today. It is supposed to get in the upper 70's with a chance of scattered showers this afternoon with the emphasis on chance. I will take it!
The great news is I finally have my stye drained! YES!!! Now I have to deal with the weeping as it finishes healing. I am soooooo glad to have it out! Finally! The vision is still blurry this morning due to swelling and seepage but that should be relieved in a day or too.
I cant believe how close we are to the OH conference. I am getting excited! I know Monica posted a conference about what people planned to wear but I never saw an answer. Any ideas of whether this is a dressy affair or slacks?

I doubt that it is a dressy affair since even weddings don't seem to be dressy anymore. I've been at funerals where people were in tube tops! (Do you think this annoys me?) Anyway, having been in hotels like this for meetings, there will be cold rooms and others will be warm so dress in layers. I wouldn't wear shorts because you will probably be too cold.

I have been doing good , I am still losing weight I am almost to the "normal weight" but have pass my personal goal, I did get some soy protein for GNC the unflavored is OK in my cream of wheat, but the Vanilla I did not like so I need to find something to mix it in with, Being off the Whey has stop the smelly gas so it must have been the problem, I am going to call my Dr, this morning and see what they have to say about the soy,

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Not much on the agenda today...laundry...haircut....dog walking.
This weekend I have to go to a birthday party for my great nephew who turns 7 on Sunday. I too am glad to see the warm weather returning. It is so delightful to be outdoors in the sunshine!

Karen, I couldn't get warm yesterday either. I got what needed to be done, done, then I curled up in a quilt and vegged.

Not to much on my agenda today. I want to get a bedroom cleaned, do a load of dishes and landry, and hopefully get some sun. I may take a hoe to the garden and get some weeds out before they become a problem.
