Hello and happy spring to all my Illinois friend-I am still here-don't have time to even lurk.  Just wanted to pop in and thank you all for being such a positive force in my w/l journey that started 2 yrs ago yesterday.  I'm stalled at my present weight w/an empty band-the new HMO is trying to figure out where I can go.  Dr. Rantis is not in my group and I cannot go out of my group.  I am battling to sacve Eddie's left foot-he has an ulcer that won't heal so once I'm home I don't get a chance to do much at all except to see to him.  My dealership is safe from the GM ax so that is a good thing!!!
I hope all is well with all of you-I miss you all-will try to stay better in touch-Big Hugs-Janet K

well hello Janet, long time no see! Too bad your doc isn't in your group:(  Sorry to hear about hubby's foot, my mom i law fought an ulcer on her small toe then she lost the leg up to the knee when gangrene set in. So I will keep him in my prayers.
Don't stay away so long!
Best wishes to you and DH!

 Hi Janet!

Great to hear from you.  It sounds like you really have a full plate.

I am sorry to hear about the ulcer on Eddie's foot.  I do hope it can get healed.  It would be hard if he would have to lose his foot.  My prayers are with him.

I also sympathize with you on your fight with the insurance company in trying to find a doctor in your HMO.  That has to be VERY frustrating!  I can't imagine not being able to go to my doctor.  I would be devastated.

I am very happy to hear that your GM dealership survived.  That had to be a huge worry as well.  I cannot believe what the dealerships that have been told they are having to lose their franchise are going through.  What devastation.

Hang in there!.  Stop in to say Hi when you can.  We still think of you even when you are not here,.

Hello Dear Friend.

I figured that Eddie was having more problems when you stayed away so long. I am happy that your job is secured for now. Life does go on, maybe not the way we want it to, but in the big scheme of things, our problems are small.

Stay in touch, you are missed.

Lisa

Well Hi there sweetie!  It's so good to hear from you!  It's good, keeping busy I guess right?  at least it gives you something to do.  That stinks about having to switch Dr's, I hope they figure out where you can go soon.
I will keep Eddie in my prayers that his ulcer heals and he doesn't lose his foot!  He sure is lucky to have you in his life.
You take care and check in when you can!
Love ya!

Monica
