i need help

i am just starting this process and looking for a great surgeon to perform the lap band surgery and i am wondering if i could get a response from some of you out there who have already had the surgery and had a great experience because that is what i am looking for. also the doctor has to except MEDICAID OR PUBLIC AID. thank you so much for your help

I can tell you that there is a post at the top of the message board that tells you some of who takes medicaid and the Illinois medical card. I personally used the Kane center in Elk Grove Village. I love Dr Guske, and have heard good things about Drs Wallace, Kane and Rantis. Hope this helps you. By the way, you are in for the ride of your life!!!!!!

I second the GUSKE nomination... Actually I dont think you could go wrong with anyone at the Kane Center.. Just read their bios and research all the doctors on line.. They ALL Get good marks.. GUSKE though from experience is the one who seams to have the most surgeries under his belt and the fewest complaints (I only found one minor one on him and it seamed liked he patients fault to me) and he's just regular guy.
