Creamsicle Cupcakes
5 cupcakes
Heat oven to 350
Whisk together:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I LOVE BSN Lean Dessert Whipped Vanilla)
3 tbs multi grain pancake mix
1 tbs. dry instant vanilla pudding mix
In a separate bowl, mix:
3 Tbs. Milk
1 egg
2 tsp SF vanilla syrup
1/2 tsp imitation butter flavoring
2 Tbs. canola oil
Mix wet ingredients into dry, stir until lump free.
Spray muffin tins with Pam nonstick spray
Bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes)
Poke holes in cupcakes with a tooth pick.
Top with :
1/2 box SF orange Jell-O dissolved in 1/2 C. HO****er, then add 1/2 cup cold water (just like when you make Jell-O)
Pour Jell-O mixture over cupcakes, refrigerate cupcakes for 3 hours.
Frosting:
Mix:
remaining 1/2 box Jell-O
1/2 pkg (small box) dry SF vanilla pudding mix
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C Cool whip
1 tsp vanilla
Top cupcakes with frosting, keep covered and refrigerated, ENJOY! This would also be AWESOME with strawberry or raspberry!
