Wednesday Roll Call
Hello everyone
I'm starting roll call because, we're not allowed on social networking sites at work anymore. So I will have to get into the habit of doing this before work.
I had a nice day Monday. Today we are going to my daughter's aunt's house for dinner tonight. I will enjoy myself. Well only a couple more days left before my daughter leaves for her internship. I'm excited for her and sad to see her leave so soon. I really hope she enjoys herself.

As Mr. Rodgers used to sing, "It's a beautiful day in the neigborhood". I sure hate going to work this morning. I would rather be outside vegging. Oh, btw, for all you younguns out there, Mr. Rodgers was a kids show on public television, back in the 70's.
Nothing exciting in my world today. Just our regular Wed. routine. Work then out for dinner. I will try to get home a bit early today, to enjoy the sun and warmth.

Good Morning All -
I found a personal trainer that trains out of his house and is about a mile from my home. I'll be talking to him today w/ the hopes of starting a program as soon as tomorrow. I'm excited, pumped and ready to get back on track. I did go to the foot doctor yesterday and he still wants me to wait four more weeks before doing any jumping, running etc but I can do many other things to get myself moving.
It's a good day. Birds are singing really loud this lovely morning.

Happy Hump Day! It promises to be another beautiful day. Maybe you will get a chance to play today.
If so, take advantage of it. Try to get outside to enjoy this beautiful weather if only for a short period of time. I love eating my lunch on the patio at work. It is only for about 20 minutes but it is a wonderful break!

Good morning Illinois! We got up and went for our morning walk and I actually feel great. Yesterday was a full massage day! We did a corporate event during the day followed by clinic last night. I came home pooped. Today it is back to the corporate event and then class this evening. At least all the clients are happy! I'm sure looking forward to the three day weekend. Have a great day!

What a wonderful life!!! I'm so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends. Today I'm going to Madison's school to hand ou****er to the kids. It's field day and it's going to be a hot one. My dad is coming and helping out also. Then I have a 2:15 meeting with the principal and the master gardeners to talk about plans for the schools court yards. We got a $5,000 grant through Lowes and we will be doing alot of work at school from now until next fall. I'm super excited about it. I hope everyone has a beautiful day and remember to pay it forward with a smile to someone you don't know!!

I have been busy with driving field trips. I love the warm weather, I am cold all the time so the warmer the better!
I have also been having some heartburn so I think Dr R will need do do some fluro on my band. I have not been feeling my energetic self. I have been curling up and napping alot when I can.
I have an appointment on the 4th. Well got the DGD on the potty so gotta go.
