Sunday Roll Call

 Happy mom's day to all you wonderful ladies here on the board. I hope you have a great day and do exactly what you like doing.

Mary and Bob will pick us up later on at about 10am our time and we will head off about 20 miles north of here to a little Amish style restaurant. It is not Amish owned so therefore it is open on a Sunday. We are not sure what else we will do for the day.

Mary bought me a Topsy Turvy tomato plant kit. I am not sure when she started hers but she has fruit on it a little larger than cherry tomotoes, pretty cool system.

That is about it in a nutshell for us. Have a great day.

Good Morning and Happy Mothers Day..

Chris, I sure hope you're enjoying your visit w/ your sis and bil.  Calvin and I will be going to breakfast this morning in honor of mothers day and his AA birthday. 
Calvin has 11 years sobriety today      We both have to work tonight so it's going to be pretty much breakfast, piddling around the house then work.  I do need to start digging out Calvin's summer shorts.  He leaves for his golf trip on Wed and will be in KY until Sunday.  I know how much he looks forward to the fellowship with his buddies that he mostly sees once a year now that we are in IL and most of them are in Indy.

My spirit is with my sister, Patty today.  She is walking as a cancer survivor today in AZ.

Happy Mother's day to all the women on the IL board.  If you haven't given birth, you are a mother one way or another whether you have supported someone along the way, or given advice, or have animal babies.

I will be spending my day at church, then the cemetery, then taking a book outside to read.

Happy Mothers Day to all Mothers, Grandmothers, Stepmothers, adopted Mothers, Fur Baby Mothers, and If I forgot anyone, I am sorry. It isn't intentional.

Christine, we put 2 of the topsy turvy kits out. One with regular tomatoes, and one with cherry tomatoes. The radishes are potting up, as well as the onions.

Christina, tell Calvin HAppy Birthday. He was reborn 11 years ago, that is fantastic. Thank goodness he has you in his life.

Dee, remember the good life your Mom had.

My girls were here yesterday, I received a plant from my youngest, and a planter from my oldest. Life is good. Not sure what we are doing today.
